How  Mindfulness Can Make Molehills out of Mountains

Have your heard the expression making mountains out of molehills?  Basically it means something a way bigger deal than it really is and my guess is that if you are a parent, you are experiencing some tiny human in your life making big deals out of things that don’t need to be.

How do you keep molehills molehills and mountains from getting too steep.

 What if I told you mindfulness?  And what if I told you that there is a secret time to employ those mindful skills to get optimal results.  And if you put these skills into play at the right time, you may be able to avoid a meltdown scenario all together and train your child’s brain to learn to calm itself down.
